Managing Housekeepers

  

Housekeepers are added to and tracked separately from your normal logins in Chorum. Built as a "housekeeper profile" directly within the Housekeeping Module (though a housekeeper may still have a standard Chorum login, and have it linked to their housekeeper profile). Without a profile, the housekeeper cannot be assigned to any requests.

Field	Description
Code	Create a short name for the housekeeper.
Full Name	Enter the hosuekeeper's name here.
Username	Choose the user's Chorum login form the drop down (if applicable).
Maximum Credits	If using Housekeeping Credit to Auto Assign rooms, this number is the maximum number of credits that can be assigned to each user.
Working	Uncheck for the user to no longer be available, but will still be retained for recording purposes.
Delete	Removes the user entirely from the system.
